The Bill (Reg. No.3077) enhances legal regulation of social relations in the field of library science. Thus, it specifies terminology and concept database, defines the procedure of formation of library stock, regulates the issue concerning professional education, certification and training of librarians, and extends the scope of international cooperation in the said branch.
